Work 🫆

I’m Trinh, a marketing strategist trained in English literature and UI/UX design.
I work where thought becomes structure and communication meets systems.
With nearly a decade in marketing and brand strategy, I’ve worked across technology, lifestyle, and education, exploring how psychology, design, and storytelling shape the way people connect, choose, and build.

Brand & Growth

I help ideas find clarity and coherence.
My work spans from building growth systems for a global investment and mobility firm, to leading marketing for a consumer beauty-tech platform (Lixibox), and shaping communication strategy for a technology consultancy (GEEK Up).
Across all, the focus remains the same: designing systems that scale, create impact, and communicate with purpose.
Earlier, I founded a lingerie brand reimagining how Southeast Asian women experience confidence and design.

Community & Innovation

I work at the intersection of science, communication, and community. I connected STEM partners and the local astronomy ecosystem through NASA’s Space Apps Challenge in Vietnam.
I served as VP of Communication for WECV, a women-led initiative under ForGood Vietnam, supported by the U.S. Consulate, focused on gender equality.
I was also a finalist of Women Meet Tech and a participant of Future for Women, both U.S. Consulate-supported programs empowering women in technology and leadership.
Beyond projects, I mentor youth innovation programs (Ready To Lead, SheVentures, Lead The Change, UTC – UEH ISB Toastmasters…), helping students develop communication systems and execution discipline.
These experiences taught me that structured collaboration can turn shared curiosity into measurable impact.

Culture & Psychology

Trained in British and American literature, I see communication as a reflection of how people think and evolve.
My writing blends research and observation, exploring how awareness becomes decision, and how systems shift when people do.
I occasionally share insights on how culture, language, and design shape human perception within marketing and behavioral communities.
It’s an ongoing study of clarity, behavior, and change.

If your work lives between culture, systems, and human insight, let’s say hello.
